A Hot Dish Catering is the pairing of two talented chefs, John Martin and Jennifer Broberg, that have merged their extensive years of schooling, training, and experience with their passion for cooking to create an incredibly memorable catering company.
John Martin has worked in the culinary field for the past 30 years gaining his experiencein various executive chef positions from Brew Moon Enterprises in Boston, MA, Compass International USA, The Colonial Hilton Resort in Lynnfield, MA and Demarco’s on Nantucket.
Jennifer Broberg has worked in the culinary field for the past 25 years. Her experience comes from The Casa Marina Resort in Key West, FL, The Charles Hotel in Cambridge, MA, The Somerset Club on Beacon Hill, The Catered Affair in Rockland, MA and the Wyndham Hotel in Andover, MA

Big Cat Coffee got its start in this "flavorful" business in 1995 as Authentic Trends in a small Northfield, New Hampshire town. It's where Marty Cohen, founder and duly named "Big Cat", started peddling coffee systems and office coffee services to businesses throughout New England.
After years of hard work building a jungle-full of devoted customers, Marty saw that his little coffee company was now one of New England's leading resellers of Keurig, Green Mountain and David Rio coffees, tea and chai. Our state-of-the-art heating system was custom designed specifically for Bikram yoga conditions.
